Only comes with what is shown in the picture. There is no minifigures, boat, or boat trailer. No instructions. Bricks do have lightplaywear and may have minor discoloration but I have not seen heavy discoloration

This set is Brand New and Sealed. We are the original owner and bought it new off the shelf. Has been in storage unit now. The packaging is in good shape, but may have shelf-wear from age, and original price sticker.

Factory sealed in excellent condition. One corner has shelf wear but otherwise no dents or creases. Happy to send video/pics.
