WITH BOX, WITH INSTRUCTIONS, VERY GOOD CONDITION

Set is NEW but the seal is loose. Content was verified, 100% complete with sealed bags, with only the minifig tray seal coming off in the upper left corner, however content is intact. See extended desc. for pictures!

Box seals are opened but parts are still in sealed bags. Box has a partial price sticker on front. Also some art work damaged on the top left front from removal of sticker. Light shelf wear.
