99.9% complete minus secondary wheel hubs. Significant yellowing/ageing on the surface layer white abd blue pieces. Instructions included.

Comes with instructions but they are not in good condition. Stickers are applied but are a bit tacky, I think it’s complete with minifigure but will say incomplete just in case.
