This set is Brand New and Sealed. We are the original owner and bought it new off the shelf. Has been in storage unit now. The packaging is in good shape, but may have shelf-wear from age, and original price sticker.

MISB excellent condition. Will take 30$ off price for someone willing to do a direct pickup in downtown Toronto. I really don't want to box and ship this giant set.
