As far as I can tell this item is complete, all original paperwork and box (including inner clear lid). Been tested and despite previous battery corrosion it works( the switch unit is a bit sensitive) see my Facebook page for more pics.

Set is missing the rubber bands and the shorter connecting cable. Otherwise complete, no box. See photo.
