The Mountain View Observatory features a three-level structure that retains the classic observatory shape. Its basement includes a computer room, an engine room, and a sleeping and relaxation area. The visitors' level offers a small space exhibition, a refreshment area with drinks and snacks, a selection of books, a cozy relaxation space, and a desk staffed by a friendly observatory member. On the visitors' platform, a detailed small housing shelters a telescope and provides a scenic overlook. The dome houses a large telescope, a computer station, and numerous intricate details, with two sliding doors that conceal or reveal the telescope. The entire observatory structure can be opened for access. Interior light bricks illuminate each level, while the natural surroundings have been enhanced with additional details and two trees. This creation aims to inspire children's interest in science and space, and perhaps even find a place in a real observatory setting.
